Who is the «3D Woman» program for?
1. If you’re NEW to training and to 3D Method
I designed this program to be as clear and approachable as possible. Your key starting points are the introductory sessions. In the rest of the classes, you’ll mostly be moving along with the count — no overthinking.
2. If the gym ISN’T FOR you.
Secretly — it’s not mine either. No machines, no heavy weights, no injuries or herniated discs. Just you, your body, and 20–30 minutes a day. Your gym friends won’t recognize you in a couple of weeks.

Class 1 — Full Body: Lean Mobility & Strength
Focus: A powerful full-body session that awakens flexibility and strength.

Class 2 — Deep Frontal Line: Abs / Pelvic · Core · Feet
Focus: A toned abdomen, a strong pelvic floor without leakage, and healthy, pain-free feet.

Class 3 — Legs & Glutes
Focus: Sculpted legs and firm glutes — laying the foundation for youthfulness and beauty.

Class 4 — Upper Body: Lean Mobility & Strength
Focus: A beautiful, strong back without bulges and toned arms.

Class 5 — Flexibility & Elasticity
Focus: Activating joint lubrication and restoring flexibility.

Class 6 — Self-Massage & Lymphatic Flow
Focus: Activating lymphatic drainage and stimulating hormonal balance.

Class 7 — Improvisation & Integration
Focus: Movement improvisation — working with the body’s internal lines, integrating everything you’ve learned, and activating the vagus nerve and intuition.
